Qualifications
All prospective residents must submit evidence of the following to qualify:
Your net income must be 3 times the monthly rent amount
Your credit score must be 600+ with no collections, no evictions and a good payment history
A current rental history of paying timely
We look that you have no evictions on your record within the last 5 years. If you do have an eviction on your record within the last 5 years, we look that you have a sufficient credit score. These are taken on a case-by-case basis.
A valid form of identification (e.g., drivers license or passport)
Once all this information is gathered, you can move forward with our rental application. Please note there is a $100 application fee.
